Q: When will my order arrive?
A: Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 working days. Standard UK delivery takes 3-5 working days; Express delivery 1-2 working days. You'll receive a tracking link once your order ships.
Q: Where do you ship to?
A: We currently ship across the UK and Northern Ireland. International shipping isn't available yet — but it's on our list.
Q: How much is shipping?
A: Standard shipping is £3.99. Orders over £49 qualify for free standard delivery.
Q: My order hasn't arrived. What should I do?
A: If your tracking shows your order should have arrived but hasn't, please email us at support@revepets.co.uk — we'll look into it straight away.
Returns & Refunds
QQ: What's your return policy?
A: We accept returns of unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, opened pet care products can't be returned unless faulty.
Q: How do I return an item?
A: Email us at support@revepets.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We'll send return instructions within one working day.
Q: When will I get my refund?
A: Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 working days back to your original payment method.
Q: What if my product arrives damaged?
A: Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund — no need to return the damaged item.

A: Most are, but please check the individual product page — some items are formulated specifically for one species.
Q: How should I store the products?
A: Store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children and pets when not in use.
